W-Commerce offers a 60-day return period, beginning on the date the order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must generally be:

- Returned in its original packaging
- Complete with all included accessories, manuals, parts, and components
W-Commerce does not charge restocking fees.
To request a return, email contact@w-commerce.shop with your order number, the product name, the reason for the return, and any requested photographs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Returns must not be shipped before return authorization and instructions have been provided by our support team.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in the customer’s account.
