W-Commerce does not charge restocking fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Returns must not be sent before receiving return authorization and instructions from our customer-support team.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
